• 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM - Group placement and open conversation
  
• 6:15 PM - 6:45 PM - Japanese half [or English]
  
• 6:45 PM - 7:15 PM - English half [or Japanese]
  
• 7:15 PM - 7:30 PM - Wrapping up
  
• 7:30 PM - Leave for dinner (optional)
  

Please arrive at the event by 6:00 PM. Organizers will be there early.

During the initial 15 minutes, the organizers will arrange everyone into groups based on their overall ability in their language of study. Use this time to get a snack/drink, introduce yourself, and meet fellow members.
Each session consists of friendly conversation, informal study, and having fun. Please keep your profile up to date so that we can place everyone into proper groups.

Dinner
The dinner location is decided at each event.
If the event is full, you are more than welcome to join us for dinner. Let us know in your comments, and meet us at 7:15 PM.

RSVP Policy
If you RSVP "Yes", you are expected to show up. Members are removed from the group after their third no-show.
