For those who have not attended before, here is basically what we do:
6:00 meet and introductions.
6:15 split up into groups of 3 to 5 (by Japanese ability) and start language exchange.
7:00-7:15 start wrapping up and discussing where to go for dinner.
7:30 leave for dinner or where ever you have to go.

Try to be there by at least 6:15 as we want you to get your money's worth ;).
