We have 2 RSVP lists each week - 毎週２つのＲＳＶＰがあります。
This is (EN), intended for advanced / native English speakers who are learning Japanese. ここのリストは、（ＥＮ）用で、英語のネイティブスピーカーもしくはアドバンスレベルの英語を話せる日本語学習者が対象です。

Exchange
  • 5:25 PM - 5:30 PM - Group placement and open conversation
  • 5:30 PM - 6:10 PM - Japanese half [or English]
  • 6:10 PM - 6:50 PM - English half [or Japanese]
  • 6:50 PM - 7:00 PM - Wrapping up
  • 7:00 PM - Leave for dinner (optional)

Please arrive at the event by 5:25 PM. Organizers will be there early.

During the initial 15 minutes, the organizers will arrange everyone into groups based on their overall ability in their language of study. Use this time to get a snack/drink, introduce yourself, and meet fellow members.
Each session consists of friendly conversation, informal study, and having fun. Please keep your profile up to date so that we can place everyone into proper groups.

Dinner
The dinner location is decided at each event.
If the event is full, you are more than welcome to join us for dinner. Let us know in your comments, and meet us at 7:15 PM.

RSVP Policy
If you RSVP "Yes", you are expected to show up. Members are removed from the group after their third no-show.

Waiting List
Once a Meetup is full, members can choose to join the waiting list. Should a spot become available, all waiting-list members will be notified by e-mail (regardless of join order.) Please note however that this spot is available to anyone - whether on the waiting list or not.

    Let me know should you have any concerns, thoughts, or even an idea for an alternate location near Urbana where we could meet just in case.
    I will check with Urbana later this week and post again at that time.

    Please note that the G20 Summit is this weekend.
    At this time I am still planing on organizing the Meetup, however Urbana Coffee does not yet know if they will be open or not. There will likely be crowds and protesting (or possibly worse) going on downtown during this time, so take extra care in coming to the event. If anyone is coming by car, I would suggest confirming that your usual route will be open as several roads will have reduced lanes or will be closed.
